First Aid

There will be a centrally-located First Aid booth on the festival grounds. For questions regarding location, please refer to the festival map or visit the Main Information booth for instruction. Professional medical staff stationed at the First Aid booth can help you with your medical needs. City Fire & Medics will also be on-site in cases of emergencies.

Ticket Confirmations

You should receive a ticket confirmation via email from Ticket Search immediately upon purchasing your ticket, whether or not you create an account.  If you do not receive a confirmation, it may mean you have inputted your email incorrectly. All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds for any reason at any time.
